Needs a few bug fixes

Much better than the EPA app, but there are still a number of UI glitches in this. Its difficult, e.g., to remove cities after adding them, and various other pieces of the UI navigation are difficult to work with. Please consider fixing some of these problems as this is currently the best air pollution app available.

Also, Ive noticed that the readings dont always agree with the EPA app, although they are close. I wonder whats going on with this.
